This a free weekly program for adults living in and around the Ladywood area of Birmingham to enable us to get out of the house, meet new people and engage in lively activities - for our mental and physical health.

Each week, we will use the time we spend together to:

talk about our health and nutrition
invite professional guest speakers
visit local community groups
take gentle walks in nature
learn ways of relaxation
visit museums and cinemas
take trips along the canals
find spaces outside of Ladywood
