This programme is suitable for:
This programme is highly participative, targeted and person centred. It consists of two interlinked half day group sessions plus two individual mentoring sessions.
The first group session will focus on self management. This includes effective goal setting, improving your personal productivity, successful communication skills and managing your boss.
The second group session will focus on leading your team. This includes improving performance management, learning to delegate well and running better meetings.
The two individual mentoring sessions will be at a time convenient to each learner and will focus on one or two issues that are most relevant to the individual and their current challenges or opportunities.
The trainer/mentor is Rob Legge who is a successful independent leadership trainer and coach. Previously he was a Director at Sense, Leonard Cheshire, RNIB and Oxfam as well as enjoying ten years as CEO of Focus Birmingham.
