Flow Fusion the Caribbean and Contemporary Dance experience is for over 18s. It doesn't matter if you have been to a Dance class before or if you haven't, we believe that everybody has the right to be in tune with their own emotions, body and spirit and that we all deserve to be celebrated through dance!

Community is at the core of this class, no matter who you are, we find connection through dance, love and support one another.

A chance to meet new friends, socialise, get fit and feel good whilst moving to the sounds of Contemporary Jazz and Caribbean.
