Our first Customer Support cohort finished on Friday 26th March and participants are now being connected to job interviews with Adecco and Octopus Energy. 83% of the programme learners agreed they are confident in their ability to work in a professional setting after this programme. Customer Service Key facts:

• Customer Support is one of the most demanded roles of 2021 (the role involves resolving customer queries via phone, email, webchat and social media).
• In just 2 years, progress into roles earning up to £30K (entry-level salary is approx. £18K)
• Opportunities to side-step into other roles, such as marketing or HR

Those aged 18-29 from the West Midlands have the unique opportunity to stand out from the crowd and be connected directly with employment opportunities after experiencing our programme.

Generation programmes provide:
- A mentor during and post boot camp
- Remote delivery* (laptops and wifi access can be provided for free also)
- Expert course instructor
- Learners can still receive benefits during the programme
- Employability support (mock interviews, CV development, personal brand building, etc)

*All boot camps will be delivered remotely until full class sizes (25 learners) can resume in line with Government guidelines. Once we return to in-class delivery, classes are held in central Birmingham with lunch and travel costs covered. We anticipate that all course will be 100% online until July 2021, we will then review each programme with respect to Government guidelines.
