For someone with epilepsy, whether new to epilepsy, living with uncontrolled seizures or facing a new set of challenges, it can be a tough and isolating condition to live with.

Our groups change lives. They help people realise that they are not alone, that there is a safe space to share how they are feeling, learn helpful information and get the support to live better with epilepsy.
