Engaging with You on Our Strategic Visions for Learning Disabilities and Autism Working with our partners in Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care System, we will create a consistent vision, across health and social care, to help us to focus on the ways we can collectively support people with learning disabilities and autism, as well as their families and carers, and we want you to be involved. Creating a consistent vision for learning disabilities and autism support will help us, and our partners, to prioritise our resources and to co-ordinate our approach to improve the support, as well as health and care outcomes, for people with learning disabilities and autism. Our goal is to improve opportunities for people with learning disabilities, autism and their families and carers in Birmingham and Solihull. As we move towards our goal, we have worked closely with people with lived experience and our partners to develop draft visions for learning disabilities and autism, to ensure those visions reflect the lives and aspirations of our local people. We would like the public, as well as health and social care professionals, of Birmingham and Solihull to help us finalise our vision, which will then help shape our delivery plans in Birmingham and Solihull.
