You are tasked with working closely with small groups or individual trainees to guide them through our Software Development course.

Role:
Motivating trainees.
You should motivate when the trainee is feeling down, explain when the trainee is not comprehending and encourage the trainee to be inquisitive.
Trainee assessment.
Giving feedback and assessing homework from the trainees is an important job for you as a teaching assistant.
Give active feedback to your lead teacher.
Give feedback to the teacher on how the trainees you’re interacting with are doing.

About you:
You have the ability to manage and motivate small groups.
Great communication skills.
You can carry out accurate assessments of trainees.
