The Springfield Project seeks to hire a District Administrative Manager who will coordinate office and administrative functions to enable the smooth running of The Hall Green District Children’s Centres. 

The role will supervise the activities of receptionists, ensure the timely procurement of stationary to ensure smooth administration and produce marketing and publicity materials across the District. 

Reporting to the District Children’s Centre Manager, the job holder will support operational processes, design and implement administrative systems, ensure effective implementation of delivery plans, and assist the Family Support team with allocations and case management processes on database systems and local servers. 

The ideal candidate will liaise between teammates, colleagues and external partners to ensure the smooth running of the Birmingham Forward Steps (BFS) model. He/she will provide administrative support to management, sub-project leaders, and Hall Green District Meetings. 

The selected candidate will support the data manager in processing, recording, and reporting data and ensuring the maintenance of archival and repository systems across the District. 

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in administrative management systems, information management tools, budgets and petty cash management. 

QUALIFICATION:

Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Business Administration.
