Director-Trustee Role Dudley Lodge is looking for dynamic, strategic- thinking people with a passion for supporting children and their families to join our Board of Trustees. We are one of the leading Family Assessment Organisations in England and Wales with two Family Assessment Centres, based in Coventry and Birmingham. Our focus is keeping families of all types together in the best and safest interest of the child through early intervention and support. Being a Trustee will give you a chance to understand the issues affecting children and their families and be part of a dedicated team. At the same time, you will know you are helping contribute your skills towards making a difference in the life of the family and especially the child We want our Board to be as diverse as possible so that it looks like the world we serve and to have different voices within it, as we know that diverse groups of people make better decisions. Therefore we are particularly looking for people from black, Asian and minority ethnic communities. In addition we would welcome applications from people with a background in social care. You don’t need to have any previous experience of board or leadership roles as we can provide mentoring if necessary.
