2021 has continued to be difficult for lots of us as we slowly emerge from the pandemic. More than ever, we’ve been reminded of the importance of a safe, secure home. Sadly, this Christmas thousands of people will be alone with nowhere to call home.

Crisis at Christmas is a unique volunteer effort that provides immediate help for people experiencing homelessness at this critical time of year. By volunteering with Birmingham's Crisis this Christmas you can make a real difference to people experiencing homelessness in Birmingham. We have a range of Christmas events over December and into early January and will need a range of volunteers over this time, including kitchen staff, drivers, entertainers and key service providers.

Volunteer applications for Christmas 2021 are now live and we are looking for volunteers with a range of skills and interests - there is something for everyone!

Roles we are particularly in need of include:
- Professional Service Volunteers (from hairdressers to GPs to massage therapists)
- Guest Contact Volunteers (we have a number of roles for volunteers interested in supporting our guests over the phone and in person)
- Drivers (roles include driving gifts in your car, to driving minibuses of guests on Christmas day)

Crisis At Christmas just wouldn't be possible without the support of volunteers! We hope you consider joining us!
