We are looking for applicants who demonstrate the following skills and experience as part of their application:• Knowledge of at least two areas of multiple needs (homelessness, addiction, re-offending and mental health) with sound knowledge of services available. • An understanding of the experience of adults with multiple and complex needs and an understanding of how multiple disadvantage affects individuals to access services. • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with a range of agencies.• An understanding of Risk Management and Safeguarding procedures when working with vulnerable people.• Experience of identifying and handling sensitive information and confidential matters in accordance with the current Data Protection Policies.• Proven track record of caseload management and the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive client records.• Ability to work collaboratively and constructively within a team setting.• Excellent interpersonal, communication, active listening and presentation skills, with an ability to relate to, advocate and engage with a wide range of audiences.• Excellent problem-solving skills, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a passion to make a difference.Please see the job description for further details and full person specification.
