We have an exciting opportunity to join a Women's Enterprise that empowers, supports and houses vulnerable women. The post is based in North Birmingham and will offer admin support, resource creation and social media management to support the wider team. The role would suit a creative and enthusiastic person who would like the opportunity to work with and inspire women. This position is supported by the DWP Kickstart Scheme and offers professional coaching and development.

Purpose of Role
To organise and create various print and online material that will inform and support female tenants to live settled, happy lives. To set up and grow an online presence through social media and business networking

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Resource Creation
- Research social, cultural and community activities and opportunities in the local
- Create a Menu of Activities detailing all sessions and benefits
- Design and create a suite of online and print resources for existing and new
- Write briefs and create templates that will encourage tenants to get involved with
blogging and creative writing.
- Demonstrate commitment to Equality and Diversity.

Digital Engagement
- Establish accounts across social media platforms
- Create engaging and educational content along with a basic social media strategy.
- Connect with local partners and community leaders online. Initiate conversations
and manage online relationships.
- Raise the profile, reach and presence of the organisation online.

- Assist with database upkeep and data entry
- Support housing and project staff with administrative tasks
- Sensitively and professionally challenge traditional approaches to support.
Operate the BASE way!

The role would suit an individual who is creative, organised and able to work on their own initiative. Administrative skills and computer literacy are essential. Knowledge of the social housing sector or at-risk groups is preferable. An in-date DBS is required. All business activity is COVID safe and follow national guidelines.
