Lead and supports elders from approx 40,000 strong, Birmingham Sikh Panjabi community to combat ageism, racism, disabilty discrimination and health inequalities. To support volunteering as a way of reducing isolation & sedentary lifestyles.
Beneficiaries: Black Asian and Minority Ethnic communities (BAME), Older people, People with mental health problems, People with physical and/or sensory disabilities
