Free Professional Property Advice
Do you need help managing your property? LandAid – the property industry’s charity - is here to help! Using their network of over 100 property companies, LandAid brokers free professional property advice offering a range of skills, from asset management, surveys, and legal advice.
LandAid can attempt to broker advice covering the following skills:
- Asset management
- Negotiating leases, purchases, and property rates
- Building surveys and valuations
- Cost estimates
- Tender evaluation
- Project management mentoring
- Property & real estate law
To register for the programme, all you need to do is to compete the online form. If we are able to broker the request, LandAid will approach companies from its network to see if they can help. Please note we cannot guarantee to meet a request or a specific deadline for advice. Participants – both those giving and receiving advice – are required to abide by our Code of Conduct.
Who can apply?
Not-for profit organisations supporting disadvantaged young people, families and communities, including those experiencing homelessness. Projects that directly further a religious purpose are not eligible,; however, we can accept projects led by religious organisations if the projects support the disadvantaged.
