Everyday Activism is bringing our training to communities in the West Midlands. Led by locally- based facilitators, this training is tailored to the needs of each group we work with and focus on several key skills including planning, researching, organising and getting support for a campaign. The training can be as little as 2 hours up to 30 hours.
Everyday Activism works with groups of people who share a common concern and who are ready to act together to improve life for themselves and their
communities. Our training is free and we can provide financial support for people to get public transport to groups, childcare, interpreters etc if you are a small group or charity.
We're particularly interested in supporting people from the following groups:
- Refugees, asylum seekers and migrants
- Black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) people
- Working-class people and people on low incomes
Please get in touch with nazmeen[at]campaignbootcamp[dot]org to find out more!
We'd also be very keen to do some partnership work in the area, do get in touch with any queries. I look forward to hearing from you!
