Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We are determined to end homelessness. We do it person by person and by influencing policies to ensure everyone has a place to call home. As a volunteer you will contribute to ending homelessness by making a real difference in the lives of our members by helping them work towards gaining skills and qualifications, ensuring that they are empowered to change their lives.

We are currently looking for volunteers for the following roles:

  • Volunteer administrator – one day per week, 10 am – 4 pm
  • English Classroom Assistant GCSE/L2 – Monday, 2.00pm – 4.00pm
  • Volunteer Classroom Assistant needed to support art trips - Wednesday from 1.30pm onwards.
  • English for Life Classroom Assistant – Friday, 10.30am – 12.30pm
  • Photography Classroom Assistant (we are looking for a volunteer with technical skills in photography) – Friday, 10.15am – 12.15pm
  • Type your Stories Classroom Assistant (discussion and online journalism) – Friday, 3.15pm – 4.30pm
