If you are an experienced artist and a caring & compassionate leader with a proven track record of putting representation & inclusivity at the heart of your thinking, then we want to hear from you!

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join our team to create and deliver an inclusive and diverse Arts Program across our hospitals and community sites, which is reflective of the communities we serve.

We need you to bring a curious mind, a passion for participatory practice, a deep commitment to inclusivity and ambition to affect positively the experience of patients, families and staff through the arts and creativity. Disabled people, those from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds and people under 30 are under-represented in our workforce so we particularly encourage applications from people in these groups.
