Administrator Task:- To make and receive telephone calls from staff and external contacts, taking messages and assisting where possible- Filing, photocopying and filling up the photocopier and laminating- Making and changing appointments for service users- Meeting and greeting service users and members of the public visiting Focus Birmingham departments- Receiving deliveriesDesirable skills and experience- Friendly telephone manned- Willingness to follow instructions and learn from the team- Good team player- Dedication to making the lives of the people we support better- Confidence to work with members of the public- Basic knowledge of ITTraining provided - Focus Birmingham Core Training - Any additional relevant training to enable you to undertake the roleThis volunteer role is for a Friday afternoon.
