Task:
- To make and receive telephone calls from staff and external contacts, taking messages and assisting where possible
- Filing, photocopying and filling up the photocopier and laminating
- Making and changing appointments for service users
- Meeting and greeting service users and members of the public visiting Focus Birmingham departments
- Receiving deliveries

Desirable skills and experience
- Friendly telephone manned
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn from the team
- Good team player
- Dedication to making the lives of the people we support better
- Confidence to work with members of the public
- Basic knowledge of IT

Training provided
- Focus Birmingham Core Training
- Any additional relevant training to enable you to undertake the role
