An exciting new leadership development programme is being launched by the Leadership Academy in partnership with the Personalised Care Group in NHS England and Improvement.

The programme is open to all across the health, care and third sectors and includes four free online modules consisting of a blend of online masterclasses, resources and action learning sets. It is a unique opportunity for leaders to equip themselves with the skills and understanding needed for their journey to become a leader of tomorrow, striving for large scale change across the system.

Themes include co-production, personalised care in a complex system, collaborative leadership for personalised care and leading for equality, wellbeing and inclusion. It is suitable for leaders at all levels within health and social care and beyond, from both clinical and non-clinical backgrounds.

The programme is open access and free to attend. You may attend any or all of the sessions, but we suggest you attend the first one as this will give you an overview and framework for understanding everything else.
