The four essentials of Co-Production an interactive workshop for Charity Managers, service delivery staff and fundraisers.

Co-Production is the way in which many services are being commissioned by local authorities and other public sector organisations. Charity Trusts increasingly are asking for evidence of Co-Production.

This workshop covers the essential aspects of Co-Production. It breaks down the concept exploring why and how it is different to participation and consultation. The workshop explores four key aspects of Co-production: Co-design, Co-decision making, Co-delivery and Co-evaluation.

We identify the key principles of Co-production and also look at the way Co-production involves the community assets.

We debate the challenges and opportunities for the leadership of this way of working. And to end the workshop you are given four key questions to build your own personal action plans.

The facilitator of the workshop is Rob Legge a very experienced charity sector leader.

Fee is £80.00
