The People for Public Services Forum would like to invite you to its online

With the new financial year starting in April, there's no better time to reflect on the last twelve months, but to also look forward by planning for next twelve months.

Our annual review will look at what impact your feedback and engagement has made to Birmingham City Council’s Adult Social Care (ASC) services. We are keen to explore if this work that you were engaged in led to greater efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of social care services.

We would also like to discuss with you how your views have assisted us in addressing financial sustainability for ASC and can we identify any further potential service delivery improvements.

John Williams, the Assistant Director of ASC, we will be opening the forum to capture your views, discuss what the future plans are for 2021 and answer questions on the shaping of future social care services for citizens in Birmingham.

Everyone is welcome to attend as your views are important.
