I am out of work and I need to improve my employment prospects

If you are unemployed or cannot currently work for health reasons, volunteering is an excellent way to boost your confidence, your health and your employability.

At the end of the first year of the programme, of the 62 people completing a volunteer placement, 18% found employment soon after, 86% said it improved their employment prospects and 80% said it improved their self esteem.

If you are interested in doing a 30 hour volunteer placement, over a period of 1-3 months in one of our approved placements, you will receive a guaranteed official reference at the end of the placement.
