The statutory discipline and grievance procedures for handling workplace disputes were repealed on 6 April 2009. A revised ACAS Code of Practice has been introduced. All employers are expected to follow the good practice and advice set out in the revised ACAS Code of Practice. This course provides an overview of the revised code and focuses on the skills to manage disciplinary matters effectively.
