Funding Now Available for NVQ Level 2 qualifications

For a limited time Tribal has funding to support small organisations with staff who wish to gain a NVQ level 2 in one of the following:

Business Administration, Customer Service or Team Leaders

Project requirements:

The organisation have to employ less than 1000 staff.
Potential learners have to be signed up (or confirmed by their employer) by the end of February 2012 (no later than 28th )
We will aim to complete all learners by the end of July 2012

Eligibility for the Learner:

Have to be 19+
Have to be employed
Can’t have higher than a level 1 qualification (or an equivalent)
Have to be in the country for more than 3 years

The qualification

NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Business and Administration, Team Leader or Customer Service

This is delivered at their place of work and includes an e-portfolio system as well as one to one tutor/assessor support (visits carried on a monthly basis). The learner never has to leave their workplace as we come directly to them .

Once the organisation has identified potential learners we will arrange a visit to get the process underway.  ADDITONALLY – by support us we can also offer a range of management training and apprenticeships to your organisation.
