We offer versatile and modern facilities in the centre of Birmingham.

We have 8 fully accessible conference meeting rooms with moveable walls that offer complete flexibility in how you use the space.

Our largest space can accommodate 170 delegates and we offer smaller spaces ideal for meetings and interviews.

We regularly host all types of meetings and conference events, training and seminars and as a social enterprise we offer excellent value for money and re-invest all surplus back into the conference facilities and the work we do with the community.

All rooms offer air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi access, whiteboards, projector screen and all facilitators are provided with a support box of stationery that may be required throughout your event.

Each conference room has its own dedicated catering area outside of the door where you can find filtered water machines, any catering and refreshments you may book and staff are always on hand to support you with whatever you need.

We offer a variety of menus’ with options to suit all dietary requirements.

Our catering menu covers everything from working lunches to more formal dinners, as well as drinks and canapés receptions.

All hot drinks are Fair Trade and where possible all our suppliers are local.

Onsite we offer disabled parking bays and next door at the rear of our building there is access to a public car park.

Event management is hugely time consuming, there are so many details to arrange; the catering, the delegate packs, the entertainment and much,much more.

We have been supporting the voluntary and community sector with event management services, both in our own conference centre and in external venues, for many years and we understand what makes the difference between and good event and a great event.

Our relationships with voluntary, public and private sector organisations uniquely place us in an understanding position of your event needs and the audiences you need to interact with.
