The Healthy Lifestyles 2008 Grants Programme, funded by Heart of Birmingham Teaching Primary Care Trust and administered by The Digbeth Trust, is now open for applications.  Download more information.

The deadline for submitting an application is 5pm on Friday 25th April 2008.

Successful projects are expected to undertake activities from 6th June 2008 to be completed by 31st March 2009.
