FLATS website goes live!
The Frontline Agency Training and Support project launched its website this week

FLATS is a 4 year project, funded by the BIG Lottery, which aims to provide training, support and advice to frontline workers in Birmingham dealing with issues of social welfare including welfare benefits, debt and housing.
The website provides information on:
- forthcoming training courses (including online booking)
- a new helpline service to be launched in the Spring
- links to information resources.
