Conference Co-ordinator

£15,000 per annum            37.5 hours per week

 

This is a customer focused role and as the Conference Co-ordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that all clients receive a professional and friendly service that meets their needs. You will be expected to take responsibility for the administration duties of the Front Desk operation and to assist the Centre Manager with Sales & Marketing initiatives. The right candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of a similar role would be an advantage. This role will include weekend working.

 

Conference Co-ordinator

£15,000 per annum (pro rata)        22.5 hours per week

 

We are looking for a part time Conference Co-ordinator to work Tuesday-Thursday 11am-7pm. This is a customer focused role and as the Conference Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the answering of all calls and dealing with these in a professional and friendly manner. You will be expected to assist with the inputting of bookings onto the computer system, sales calls and other basic admin tasks. The right candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a good telephone manner.

 

Interviews will be held on Monday 13th & Tuesday 14th July 2009.

 

Closing date for all positions is Thursday 9th July and candidates will be informed by Friday 10th July if they have been selected for interview.
