This post will be fixed term until 31st March 2010
We will consider secondments for this role

The post holder will be employed by BVSC but will be seconded to the CAF team within Birmingham City Council, based at the Martineau Education Centre, Harborne.

An opportunity has arisen to become part of the Birmingham CAF Team.

As a CAF Advisor your role will be to facilitate the Common Assessment Framework agenda to ensure the best possible life chances for those children and young people identified as having additional health needs within the Heart of Birmingham PCT area.

Within this role you will also be responsible for supporting the PCT health providers in the implementation of the CAF process including the development and delivery of CAF training,  quality assurance and evaluation of the CAF Process.

You will need substantial experience of working within the children and young people’s agenda and excellent interpersonal, communication and representation skills.
