VCS Matters supports Voluntary & Community Sector organisations in Birmingham to work within the Every Child Matters framework by promoting:
- representation & influence
- policy & communication
- organisational support & training
We will achieve this through working in partnership and collaboration and we are the thematic network and model for the Third Sector Assembly Birmingham.
We offer:
- www.vcsmatters.org with news, event, briefings, links etc.
- eNews policy updates and news service
- training and policy seminars on new developments and practices
- organisational support especially for small diverse groups
- opportunities to become involved in strategic work and representation on the Children's Trust arrangement.
