BVSC has been supporting the voluntary sector by providing back office financial services such as payroll and accountancy since the 1980s. We have now added a Human Resources consultancy service to our range of corporate services.
Payroll
The payroll bureau relieves voluntary organisations from the burden of administering payroll, ensures staff are paid accurately and that legal obligations are met. It includes:
- Calculation of monthly salary and any overtime or additional payments
- Calculation of Statutory Sick, Maternity and Paternity pay
- Deductions, attachments or employees’ pension contributions
- A suite of reports to meet all your needs
- Leavers P45s issued
- Monthly payslips and year end P60s
- Calculation of Tax and NI Liabilities due to the Inland Revenue
- Completion of end of year returns
Our charges are £100 per person per year plus VAT.
Accountancy
We can provide interim staff in the event of an emergency or to cover for periods of staff absence, the services include
- Book-keeping duties
- Banking
- Bank reconciliations
- Ad hoc pieces of work
or consultancy for
- Preparation of Annual Accounts
- Independent Examination
- Advice on budgeting and financial management
Our charges are £25-£45 per hour dependent upon the level of expertise required, fully itemised invoices will be provided.
