Conference Facilities

Our conference facilities have been serving the voluntary sector since 1988.

By holding your event at BVSC, you help us support thousands of voluntary and community organisations in Birmingham.

In return, we offer all our customers high standards of service, first-class facilities and real value for money.

Located in the heart of Birmingham city centre, only five minutes walk from New Street Station, we offer conference rooms to suit 2 to 170 delegates.

All our rooms are fully accessible to people with disabilities and are air-conditioned. We also offer high quality audio-visual equipment and a dedicated IT training suite.

Our conference facilities are available for hire: day times, evenings and weekends, all year round.

We can provide parking for disabled badge holders on an advance-booking basis. There are pay and display car parks within a two minute walking distance of the building.

Our catering service offers a superb variety of menus with options to suit all dietary requirements.

Events Management 

BVSC has been helping the voluntary and community sector with first class third sector conference facilities and events management services for many years. 

Here at BVSC we understand what makes the difference between and good event and a great event for third sector organisations.

Our established relationships with voluntary, public and private sector organisations uniquely places us in an understanding position of your event needs and the audience with which you wish to interact with. 

Events management is hugely time consuming, there are so many details to arrange; the catering, the delegate packs, the entertainment and so much more.

Whatever the event you are planning and however much help you require, we can offer a range of services to ensure that your event runs smoothly and best of all you can take all the credit. 

Our service can include venue searching, publicity preparation and marketing planning, coordination of bookings, information packs, catering and audio arrangements and much more.
