Coaching

BVSC performance coaching is a cost and time effective way of improving your performance and productivity, developing leadership, management and on-the-job skills as well as helpng you achieve a better work-life balance.

Our service is focused around your needs and is non-judgmental, non-critical and completely confidential.

Our qualified and experienced coach will work with you to achieve specific organisational and personal goals and support you to take specific action in moving towards defined goals.

How does it work?

Coaching is an action-orientated, future-focused partnership between coach and client designed to achieve specific organisational and personal goals where you are supported and encouraged to take specific action in moving towards defined goals.

Performance coaching is entirely client-centered and you set the agenda in discussion with your coach while working together to build a personalised plan to help you to: establish compelling goals; build your self-belief and capacity; generate options and opportunities; challenge and question limiting beliefs; tackle real-life obstacles and resistance; and develop your awareness and understanding of how to make positive progress in your life and career.

Depending on which coaching package you choose, you will benefit from some combination of the following:

  • An initial meeting to agree the broad scope and desired outcomes of the coaching programme
  • Regular meetings with your coach, either by telephone or face-to-face.  Each session will establish the goal for that session, enable you to explore the reality and restraints of your current situation, support you in generating options and opportunities for progress and engage you in committing to a positive action plan to move you forward
  • Progress review/evaluation throughout the programme of sessions
  • Email support in-between sessions
  • Closure: agreement of a forward action plan at the end of your programme, to ensure you continue to develop, with or without the support of further coaching
