Birmingham ChangeUp Consortium (BCUC) is a consortium of Third Sector infrastructure organisations operating in Birmingham and concentrating on developing and delivering a series of services and projects which will advance infrastructure support for the voluntary and community sector. 

I work closely with the Chair and Project Management Group (PMG) to further develop and implement the Consortium’s Strategic Infrastructure and Delivery Plans; assisting them in the management of Consortium projects and liaising with Consortium members.
