My role is focused on contract compliance and helping to understand and demonstrate the impact of all aspects of work undertaken by BVSC. This includes the development of quantitative and qualitative assessment tools, data capture mechanisms and reporting processes. I have experience of working with outcomes and impact capture through various funding arrangements; including ESF, WNF, grant and contractual streams.

As a trained Social Return on Investment practitioner, I have led BVSC through a detailed SROI assessment relating to volunteering, advised other organisations on best practice and delivered numerous training sessions on understanding impact.
